Steve Harwood received a bachelor's degree from Princeton University in 1966 and an MBA from University of Chicago in 1968. From 1968 to 1973, he was employed by Exxon Corporation. He began his leasing career with ITEL Leasing Corporation in 1973. In 1978, he became president of CIS Equipment Leasing Corporation, which grew to be a major lessor of computer and capital equipment. Steve founded the Cypress Companies in 1985.

Marc Eisner received his bachelor's degree from Miami University in 1961. From 1962 to 1985, he was involved in the office equipment industry where he held a variety of sales and management positions. From 1985 to 1988, he was employed by NTS Securities and from 1988 to 1993, he was Senior Vice President with Phoenix Leasing. From 1993 to 1998, he was with CAI Securities, holding the positions of Senior Vice President and President. Marc joined Cypress in 1998 and is responsible for the overall activities of Cypress Capital Corporation and broker/dealer relations.

Lori Richofsky received her bachelor's degree in Public Administration from San Diego State University in 1999. From 1999 to 2000, she worked for SunAmerica Securities in various marketing and sales capacities. From 2000 to 2001 Lori was a Branch Liaison Representative for Morgan Stanley, and from 2001 to 2003, she held the position of Southeast Regional Marketing Director for ATEL Securities Corp. Lori joined Cypress in 2003 and is responsible for the firms sales and marketing efforts for the Northeast and upper Midwestern regions.

Neil Nakagawa received a bachelor's degree in finance from Sacramento State University in 1994. From 1994 to 2001, he worked for Dean Witter as a stockbroker. From 2001 to 2005, Neil served as Vice President of Business Development for ATEL Capital Group. From 2005 to 2007, he held the position of Regional Vice President for John Hancock Life Insurance in their Wealth Management Division. Neil joined Cypress in 2008 and is responsible for sales and marketing efforts for the Western region.

Kris Kitchen received a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1996. Kris worked as a financial advisor for Morgan Stanley from 1997 to 2002 and as a financial sales representative with State Farm from 2003 to 2007. Switching from the retail side, Kris worked for ATEL Capital Group where he served as Regional Vice President for the Central territory from 2007 to 2009. Kris joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for the sales and marketing efforts in the Central territory.

Joe Kingsley received his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Arizona in 1990. Joe brings over 15 years of sales and marketing experience to Cypress and has significant experience in alternative assets. Prior to joining Cypress, Joe was Regional Vice President of Sales for Moody National Companies, a real estate firm in Houston. From 2001 to 2008 Joe was with Wells Real Estate Funds, most recently as an Assistant Vice President and Regional Vice President of Sales in Atlanta. He joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for sales and marketing efforts in the Southeastern territory.

Dan Rael received his bachelor's degree from Humboldt State University in 1989. From 1989 to 1992, he worked for the US Department of Agriculture, Forest Service. From 1992 through 1994 he was a volunteer in the US Peace Corps, stationed in rural Paraguay. From 1996 through 2001 Dan worked for SSR Realty Advisors, an institutional real estate advisory firm, where he most recently held the position of Manager of Client Services. Prior to joining Cypress, Dan was Director of Investor Services and Compliance Officer for ATEL Capital Group. He joined Cypress in 2003 and is responsible for investor services and compliance.

Jennifer Breetz received her bachelor's degree in Political Science from New York University. From 2002 through 2007 Jennifer worked at PEI Funds, a New York based private equity firm focused on secondary transactions. There, she was responsible for investor relations and marketing and participated in fund raising and valuation activities. Jennifer joined Cypress in 2008 and is responsible for Cypress investor services.

Renae Herrmann McKinlay received her bachelor's degree in Sociology from San Diego State University in 1995. Prior to joining Cypress, Mrs. Herrmann McKinlay was a Senior Regional Marketing Director for ATEL Capital Group. She had previously held the position of registered sales assistant at Smith Barney, and had been the administrative manager for the Private Client Services group at Robertson Stephens. She joined Cypress in 2006, and is Vice President of Marketing for Cypress Capital Corporation.

John Lee received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University in 1983. Prior to joining Cypress, John was a Regional Marketing Director for ATEL Securities Group. He had previously held the position of Key Accounts Manager with Franklin Templeton Investments from 1998 to 2004. John was responsible for wholesaling Mutual Funds to institutional clients within a 22 state territory. He joined Cypress in 2008 and is Marketing Director for the Central and Western territories.

Shawn Crouse received his bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Texas at Austin in 1995. Shawn brings over fourteen years of financial services and alternative asset experience including equipment leasing. From 2005 to 2009 Shawn represented Inland Securities as Vice President, Western Region, in a combination internal/external wholesaler role. Prior to that, Shawn spent three years with ICON Securities as a Marketing Director. He joined Cypress in 2009 as Marketing Director for the Northeast/Midwest and Southeast territories.

Ken Park received a bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Hayward in 1986. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Park was employed in various accounting positions by PLM International, Inc., Computerland Corporation and Harper Robinson & Company. He joined Cypress in 1999 and is responsible for accounting and administration.

Kit Tsang received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1999. From 1999 to 2004 Kit was employed in various accounting positions by Chu and Waters, LLP; KPMG Hong Kong; and Pusan Pipe America. She joined Cypress in 2004 and is responsible for accounting functions. Kit is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Chris Gallo received a bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2004. From 2004 to 2009 Chris was employed by KPMG LLP in their audit practice, focusing on the financial services, real estate and leasing industries. He joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for accounting functions. Chris is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Amanda Cole received her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 2005. From 2005 to 2009 Amanda was employed in various accounting positions by Pipeline Systems Incorporated and Swinerton Incorporated. She joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for accounting functions.

From 1986 to 2001, Ms. Szlachta was employed in accounting positions by PLM International, Inc. and ITEL Rail Corporation. Previously she was employed by International Business Company and Reclama Corporation. She studied at the College of Foreign Trade in Warsaw, Poland and Laney College. Basia joined Cypress in 2002 and is responsible for various accounting and administrative activities.

Irena Miluski received an associate of art degree from Diablo Valley College in 1994. From 1994-2005, Irena was with Glaser Designs, a fine leather goods manufacturer, where she was responsible for supervising and managing production. Irena joined Cypress in 2005 and is responsible for various administrative activities.

Jim Kaylor received a bachelor's degree from University of California at Los Angeles in 1971 and a law degree from University of California School of Law (Boalt Hall) in 1974. From 1974 to 1979 he practiced law with Pacific Gas & Electric Company and Baker & McKenzie. Jim has been active in the equipment leasing industry since 1979, holding the following positions: Managing Director of Silvermine Capital Group, President and Managing Director of MGC/Griffin Capital Corporation, Executive Vice President, ICON Funding Corporation, President of MGC Capital Corporation, Vice President of GATX Leasing Corporation, and Vice President of Citicorp Industrial Credit, Inc. Jim joined Cypress in 2000 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.

Rick Rockhold received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Finance from the University of Iowa in 1984 and 1987, respectively. From 1987 to 1990, he held positions in corporate finance and strategic planning with Wells Fargo Bank. Rick began his leasing career with ITEL Containers in 1990, followed by positions with ITEL Rail, Southern Pacific Transportation and USL Capital. From 1996 to 2002, Rick was founder and principal of Momentum Leasing Advisors. Rick joined Cypress in 2002 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.

Peter Metzner received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from University of Southern California in 1975 and his MBA in Finance from San Francisco State University in 1978. Peter has 25 years of experience in the leasing and structured finance industry. He began his finance career with GE Capital where he was Vice President, Leasing and Project Finance, followed by being a Principal at Babcock & Brown, and Region Manager for Centre Group, a unit of Zurich Financial Services. Peter also was the founder and principal of Golden Gate Power Funding, L.L.C. Peter joined Cypress in 2005 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.

Peter Fortier received a bachelor's degree from University of California at Berkeley in 1992 and a masters degree from University of California at San Diego in 2000. From 2000 to 2002, Peter worked for GATX Capital, and previously worked for IBJ Leasing Co., Ltd. and the Industrial Bank of Japan in Tokyo and Los Angeles. Peter joined Cypress in 2003 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.

Corinne Seton received her bachelor's degree from Yale University in 1985. She has 25 years of experience in the leasing and structured finance industry. Most recently (from 2005-2010), Corinne was Senior Vice President and Enterprise Client Manager at GE Capital. Prior to GE, she spent 15 years at GATX Capital as a Managing Director in their Corporate Finance and Telecom businesses. Corinne also worked at Security Pacific Bank, TXL Corporation and Citibank earlier in her career. Corinne joined Cypress in 2010 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement. She is also a registered representative of Cypress Capital Corporation.

Chuck Sellman received a bachelor's degree in Biology from Pomona College in 1987 and an MBA from Columbia University in 1997. From 1987 to 1995, Chuck was a Naval Flight Officer in the U.S. Navy flying the P-3 Orion. Chuck began his leasing career with Banc of America Leasing in 1999 and later went on to co-found Aperimus LLC, a firm specializing in risk and portfolio analysis for the equipment leasing industry. Chuck joined Cypress in 2004 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.

Geoff Walshe received his bachelor’s degree from Marist College in 1991. From 1991 to 1998 Geoff worked for North American Bank & Trust where he held a variety of positions including Internal Auditor and Commercial Loan Officer. In 1998 he joined GATX Corporation, where he held a variety of equipment management positions. Geoff joined Cypress in 2009 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement and is involved with portfolio management activities.

Larry Salzer received a bachelor's degree from Yale University in 1988. From 2002 to 2007 Larry was Vice President commercial banking for California Bank & Trust. Prior to 2002 he served as Vice President with City National Bank, Managing Director with Latin American Trade Finance, Ltd. and co-founder of BridgeGate Capital Partners, LLC. Larry joined Cypress in 2007 and is employed subject to an Acquisition and Debt Services Agreement.
