Ken Park received a bachelor's degree in accounting from California State University, Hayward in 1986. From 1987 to 1999, Mr. Park was employed in various accounting positions by PLM International, Inc., Computerland Corporation and Harper Robinson & Company. He joined Cypress in 1999 and is responsible for accounting and administration.

Kit Tsang received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, in 1999. From 1999 to 2004 Kit was employed in various accounting positions by Chu and Waters, LLP; KPMG Hong Kong; and Pusan Pipe America. She joined Cypress in 2004 and is responsible for accounting functions. Kit is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Eugene Chew received a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in banking and finance from Nanyang Technological University of Singapore in 2000. From 2000 to 2012, Eugene was employed by KPMG, Rothstein Kass, and Grant Thornton where he focused on audits in the banking and financial services industries. He joined Cypress in 2012 and is responsible for various accounting functions. Eugene is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and the Republic of Singapore.

Chris Gallo received a bachelor’s degree in business economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of California at Santa Barbara in 2004. From 2004 to 2009 Chris was employed by KPMG LLP in their audit practice, focusing on the financial services, real estate and leasing industries. He joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for accounting functions. Chris is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California.

Adeline Liu Freedman received her bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Qing Dao Science and Technology University, China. She earned an MBA from National University of Singapore and a Masters in accounting from Golden Gate University. From 2001 to 2011, Adeline was employed in a variety of accounting positions in investment banking, leasing and high technology companies. She joined Cypress in January 2012 and is responsible for various accounting functions. Adeline has passed her CPA exam and is in the process of obtaining qualified experience for her CPA license.

Amanda Cole received her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business with an emphasis in accounting from California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo in 2005. From 2005 to 2009 Amanda was employed in various accounting positions by Pipeline Systems Incorporated and Swinerton Incorporated. She joined Cypress in 2009 and is responsible for accounting functions.

From 1986 to 2001, Ms. Szlachta was employed in accounting positions by PLM International, Inc. and ITEL Rail Corporation. Previously she was employed by International Business Company and Reclama Corporation. She studied at the College of Foreign Trade in Warsaw, Poland and Laney College. Basia joined Cypress in 2002 and is responsible for various accounting and administrative activities.

Irena Miluski received an associate of art degree from Diablo Valley College in 1994. From 1994-2005, Irena was with Glaser Designs, a fine leather goods manufacturer, where she was responsible for supervising and managing production. Irena joined Cypress in 2005 and is responsible for various administrative activities.
